General Sales Conditions

Introductory remarks

All items on sale on are sold, supervised and delivered by 
Lariva SAS designated as the « Seller »:

Any web user, being exclusively a non-professional natural person, is designated as the « Customer ».

All products purchased online through are regulated by these Sales General Conditions and any other disposition and operating instruction contained in this website.
The Customer is invited to read carefully these sales general conditions.

The Seller has the right to modify the contents of the website (prices and photos, for example) at any time, without any advance notice and at its own discretion. Any modification made will be effective on the date of the notification.

Article 1: Products
Pictures featuring in this website have the sole purpose of showing the Products and usually stick to reality. The Seller specifies that all its jewels are entirely handmade exclusively from Murano glass. 
Please note that due to the nature of manufacturing there may be slight variance in colour and dimension which cannot be considered as defects.

Article 2: Prices
The prices of the Products are indicated in Euros and include VAT.
Prices do not include transport charges and custom duties or additional fees applicable to the country of importation which will have to be paid by the Customer.

Article 3: Orders
All orders made through « » imply full acceptance of our General Sales Conditions.

Article 4: Payments
Different payment forms are indicated in the website: Paypal or usual international cards (Eurocard, Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Any other payment form than those listed on the website is not accepted.
Online payment is secured: financial data are encrypted and cannot be read when processed through the network.
The Seller reserves the right to request at any time any additional information to the Customer (i.e. landline telephone number) as well as documented proof regarding ownership of the credit card used for the Purchase. In case of payment incident the Seller reserves the right to decline the order or prevent the Customer from the website Purchase access.
When payment is approved, invoice is issued and can be edited through website.

Article 5: Delivery
Shipment of the order usually occurs within 5 business days from receipt of the payment.
Delivery is made at the address designated by the Customer and is performed by the shipping agent as proposed at the time of the order.Delivery time depends on the shipping agent  transport mode and country of destination.
Shipping cost in Europe (EEC) is indicated in the Seller website. Regarding the rest of the world that cost is calculated upon request.
The Seller declines any liability (i.e. shipping time, etc …) once the Products have been transferred to the shipping agent.
At any time the Customer can follow up the order processing through the reference number given by the Seller’s website.
Any reservation on the parcel status at the time of delivery has to be addressed to the shipping agent and is the Customer’s responsibility.

Packaging and  shipping charges – Indicative postal delivery time:

France & Italie = 8.20€ (2 to 5 days)

Guadeloupe, Guyane, Martinique, Réunion = 11.70€ (5 to 7 days)

CEE et Suisse = 14.20€ (4 to 8 days)

Rest of Europ = 18.20€ (8 to 10 days)

Other serviced countries = 25.70€ (10 to 15 days)

These charges are not applied when the order exceeds 150€ within the EEC and 170€ for other destinations.

Article 6: Withdrawal / Returned goods
As according to the current French law the Customer can recede from his order within 7 days following the date of purchase and exercise his « right of withdrawal ».
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must advise the Seller by writing within the legal withdrawal period. This communication must be sent to the Seller’s address through a registered letter if not by email or fax.
Shipping back the Product is at the Customer’s cost.
The Seller will refund the Customer after having received the returned Product and checked whether its status allows an eventual reselling.
Only the value of the Product but not the initial shipping cost will be refunded.

Procedure for returning goods is indicated on the website: page « your account » then «History and details of your orders ».

– The product must be returned in its original packing.
– Delivery slip and invoice must be joined to the parcel. The Seller does not accept any returned product without that delivery slip and corresponding invoice.
– Carriage forward is not accepted.

Shipping is made at Customer’s risk.

As soon as the returned Product has been properly checked, the following options will be proposed to the Customer:
– A refund made through check or bank transfer (bank details should be provided by the Customer) within 15 days from the receipt of the returned goods.
– A credit charged on the Customer’s account.
– An exchange with another Product according to its availability.

In case of exchange the Product should be returned in a status allowing its reselling.
Shipping costs will be at Customer’s charge.

Article 7: Product availability
Orders are processed out from the Seller’s inventory.
If in stock, the product will be shipped for delivery within 5 business days of purchase as defined in article 5.
If out of stock, the product is tagged “available on order “on the website. Because products are handcrafted they can be made upon request. In such a case, the product will be shipped in 10 business days after having received payment.


In case of any product unavailability for a period exceeding 10 working days the customer is advised with the forecasted delivery. Nevertheless, the order can be cancelled upon Customer’s request and the Customer can either ask for a refund or to be credited on his account.

Article 8: Responsibility and Force Majeure
The Seller cannot be held liable in the event of non-fulfilment of his contractual obligations due to an unpredictable third party default or in the case of force majeure such as defined by the French jurisprudence.
Furthermore, the Seller cannot be held liable for any drawback or damage resulting from the network connections such as disrupted service or external intrusions or presence of computer viruses.

Article 9: Personal Data Privacy
Information and data collected by the Seller are electronically treated in order to proceed with the Customer’s order and ensure its delivery, payment and follow up.

When approving these Sales General Conditions, the Customer recognizes that he is aware of the Seller’s personal data privacy policy.

Article 10: Property Rights
Larivashop webside has been designed for personal use only.
Downloading any document from website on a computer can only be done for personal and non-commercial purpose.
In such cases, all information, trademarks and intellectual property references must remain intact.
Any web user who would like to create a link to from his personal website and for personal use must previously obtain written authorization from Lariva SAS who reserves the right to reject or to accept by specifying the conditions of use.

Article 11: Governing Law
These Sales General Conditions are governed by the French law.
As a result, any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French court.
